SDFI's Terms and Conditions of Use
1. WHO, WHAT & WHY
Who: SDFI.com is maintained by SDFI-TeleMedicine LLC.
What: SDFI.com is a web site used to promote our goods, services and support.

Why: This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is our contract with you, and tells you what you can and can’t do and what we can and can’t do.
2. THINGS THAT YOU CANNOT DO
- Don’t give us viruses or hack into our computers.
- Don’t be a robot. Robots are evil.
- Don’t be a joker. A joker is someone who discriminates, defrauds, hates, or acts like a jerk. Please don’t do any of that.
- Don’t do other things that we don’t like, which is up to us.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Don’t steal our stuff. If you take something and use it, let us know AND give us credit.
4. IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THE WEBSITE
If you have a problem, first come to us and tell us about this problem. We may talk about this problem for a while and if neither side is happy with the result then we can duke it out in court. The court must be in Nevada and in Clark County, Nevada. Ya, that's right, right here in Las Vegas. Maybe we can just meet in Vegas, have a drink, catch a show and work it all out. That would be nice! If we can't, any law that applies or controls this contract is based on Nevada State law. If we have to do the court thing, the winner of any dispute or lawsuit is entitled to have their attorneys’ fees and costs paid for by the loser.
5. DEAD PARAGRAPHS…AGREEMENT
Sometimes people mutually agree to stuff that courts just won’t uphold. That shouldn’t affect the intent of our contract. So, you agree that if a judge or jury declares a portion of these Terms and Conditions of no effect, the rest of our agreement will stay in effect as much as possible without the part that the judge or jury struck down.
6. THIRD PARTY SHARING
Our site may have links to third party websites that we have no control over. Let's be clear here, we have no control or responsibility over off-site content. If you have a problem, take it up with them. Leave us out of it.
7. OUR BEST STUFF
We try our best and our best is solely based on our own subjective view of what our best is. Again, to be clear, this site is offered “AS IS” and is subject to change at any time without notice. If something terrible and catastrophic happens because you viewed our site or it is not up or working at any time, you can’t sue us or anyone that is connected with us. Right here, right now and into the future, we’re disclaiming all warranties and liability for anything and everything, whether or not we knew, or should have known, or had special powers to figure "stuff" out.
While on this site, you play by our rules and if we end up being responsible for something we’re not going to pay you a dime more than you paid us last past month or $25 whatever is smaller. If you’re from one of those places that say you can’t have provisions like this in a contract, or that we can’t limit what we pay, then our damages are limited to the smallest, teeniest, tiniest, bit allowed by law.
8. MISC THINGS
Headings to these sections are nothing more than directional signs, arrows if you will. They have no binding effect. We can transfer our rights and obligations in this agreement whenever we want.
About violating any section of this Agreement: If we do somehow violate any section of this agreement, it doesn’t mean we’re waiving our right to enforce our Agreement, it just means we’re cutting someone some slack. It doesn’t mean we’ll do the same for you or anyone else.
